We are deeply committed to sustainability and safety. Each toy is carefully disinfected and inspected before it reaches your family. By sharing and reusing toys, we reduce waste and teach children about sustainability. If your child falls in love with a toy, you have the option to purchase it at a discounted price. Together, we’re building a better future for our kids—one box at a time.
Damage Policy
We understand that accidents can happen, and we’ve created a straightforward policy to ensure an easy and fair process for everyone:
Normal Wear and Tear: Minor signs of use, such as small scratches or scuffs, are completely acceptable and won’t result in any charges.
Significant Damage or Loss: If a toy is returned with damage beyond normal wear and tear, or if it’s lost, we will assess a repair or replacement fee. This fee will depend on the extent of the damage or the value of the item.
Security Deposit: At the start of your subscription, a small refundable deposit will be collected. This will cover any major damages or losses. If no significant issues occur, the deposit will be refunded at the end of your subscription.
Reporting Issues: If a toy arrives damaged or with missing parts, please notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or provide instructions on the next steps.
Optional Damage Protection Plan: For a small additional monthly fee, parents can opt for our Damage Protection Plan. This plan covers all accidental damages, giving you peace of mind while your child plays and learns.
